Why Automating Even a Few Tasks Can Help You Reach Your Goals and Find Happiness
Everything in your life that you care about babies anything to you is automated from your paycheck from payroll to your work schedule to your kids schedule even your television schedule programs yet your nutrition schedule and your workout schedule you keep in your head which leaves you subject to forgetting here in there.
Because we are in love with variety, it begins to slowly leave us subject to chance in a quest to be happy. So we begin to play Russian roulette with unexceptional problems and unmet goals. Your health may be suffering from Spontaneous Combustion! Get everything scheduled and Get Automated!
The three biggest things you need to automate and why you may not be seeing maximum results in your journey,
Lack of proper meal planning, preparation, and meal timing. Lack of proper nutrition and eating at the wrong times can cause fat gain and muscle loss. More complex carbohydrates as opposed to simple carbohydrates. There is a difference between the sugar in apples (complex) and the sugar in candy (simple). The sugars in apples and complex carbohydrates are also equipped with gut micro biome, which help also add fibers to help break down slower into the bloodstream. In addition, you should also have equal distribution of proteins throughout the day to not only keep you satiated, but to increase muscle growth and reduce late hour consumption which leads to belly fat.
HERE AS EASY AS I CAN SAY IT!
- If I have a car that has 8 hours of gas, and I fill it at full of gas at 12p it will run out at 8pm, but if we are filling it at 8pm you see why you must stay up past midnight and can't sleep. Now you wake up full of gas from yesterday's meal and say, "I don't eat breakfast."

How much sleep do you need for muscle growth? The average adult needs around 7-9 hours of sleep each night. Regularly having this much sleep is especially important for those looking to increase their muscle mass or change their body composition
What researchers discovered was that the individuals who slept only 5.5 hours had 60% less muscle mass at the end of the study, while those who slept 8.5 experienced better results.
The roles of growth hormone include influencing our height, and helping build our bones and muscles. Natural levels of growth hormone fluctuate during the day, seemingly influenced by physical activity. For example, levels rise when we exercise. Growth hormone levels increase during childhood and peak during puberty. When you challenge your body physically it activates GH in your body telling it to generate new healthy cells.

HIIT is good but strength training using interval timing is a great way to increase muscle damage and muscle depletion...low intensity interval training is better than no intensity interval training!! Steps are no more than a metric of calorie/energy out. If you burn 500 calories a day, ( everyday including weekends) which is pretty hard if not challenging to say the least you will lose 3500 calories which is the measure of one lb of fat. However in context, if you over eat 500 calories each day you will lose nothing but also gain nothing. Hence why is so important to automate nutrition to assure you're moving with purpose. Muscle toning is key to metabolism increase as well as glycogen storage which is why one person can only eat 1200 calories without gaining fat, while another woman or man can eat 2200 calories a day and still lose weight!
